You will assist with placing and tracking orders, communicating with vendors, following up on deliveries, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining accurate purchasing and inventory records.
Because we operate in a busy club environment, this position requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, particularly during our busiest days of Friday through Sunday. The Purchasing Assistant will need to balance purchasing and administrative responsibilities with the immediate operational demands of the club, including responding to last-minute supply needs, coordinating with multiple departments, assisting with receiving and deliveries, and helping ensure the team is properly prepared for busy service periods.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to shift priorities quickly. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with kitchen, bar, service, management, and vendor teams are essential. The successful candidate should be comfortable moving between office-based purchasing responsibilities and hands-on support within the club when operational demands require it.
Experience with restaurant or club inventory, purchasing, ordering systems, Excel, vendor management, or food and beverage operations is preferred. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the organizational side of purchasing and the energy and teamwork of a high-volume hospitality environment.

  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of the supply chain, and common issues surrounding it, desired
