Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement activities for supplies, equipment, furniture, and contracted services, including sourcing, vendor negotiations, and purchasing support

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, contract administration, or vendor management experience required; government procurement experience is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing, competitive bidding, contract management, inventory control, purchasing processes, and Microsoft Excel or related procurement systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze vendor proposals, maintain accurate records, communicate effectively, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize appropriately.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, along with databases and other automated workflows
  • Ability to adhere to confidentiality guidelines and handle sensitive information with professionalism
