Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst is a key contributor to the Pharmaceutical Services Group (PSG). This role will assist the Sr Finance Manager supporting PSG leadership to provide outstanding financial support including financial planning, analysis, reporting and forecasting support, and financial insights. This position offers the right candidate an opportunity for career development and growth while supporting a growing and dynamic business to achieve its financial objectives. This person will work proactively across the PSG Group as well as partner with both Divisional and Corporate FP&A teams to find opportunities to lead change and ensure effective and efficient processes. This individual will anticipate and understand business needs throughout the group and communicate messaging up and down the group to drive efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities Support the PSG organization. Some of the activities for this position are:

• Maintain and enhance key financial reports in support of AOP, STRAP, MBR/QBR

• Leverage multiple ERP software systems and other databases to access financial data and generate insightful Group reporting, analytics, & insights

• Own and focus on continuous process improvement (PPI) to identify areas for improvement and optimization across PSG Group Finance

• Partner with corporate and all levels within the group to lead change

• Drive analysis on Revenue/Standard Margin

• Perform various ad-hoc financial tasks, as-needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Attention to detail and consistently delivering high-quality work. Ability to learn quickly, effectively multi-task, and meet deadlines.

• Self-starter with a consistent track record of conceptualizing solutions & driving projects through to final state

• Demonstrates strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills

• Communicates clearly and effectively with colleagues from different functions, regions, and background

• Demonstrates experience in business/financial analysis, reporting, and financial modeling

• Possesses initiative, enthusiasm, intellectual curiosity, and a questioning/positive attitude

Minimum Qualifications (must have):

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or other business-related disciplines and 3+ years of proven experience

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across the organization

• Strong skills in MS Excel

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in North Carolina is $93,800.00–$140,675.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
