Job description

Looking for a qualified, experienced real estate agent who, as a team member of our broker company, will be responsible for buying and selling property for clients.  You will be tasked with growing the client base by generating new leads and processing existing leads, counseling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive marketing prices.  Responsibilities will include preparing purchase agreements, contracts, and other documents for each real estate transaction.  You will also oversee creating lists of real estate properties, execute showings, and presenting purchase offers to sellers.  In addition, perform marketing tasks that would include social media posting, farming, and email.  Participate in managing and analyzing client surveys,

Preferred Requirements

  • ·       A current GA real estate license
  • ·       Have experience with the buying and selling process
  • ·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ·       Problem solving skills and the ability to negotiate
  • ·       Tech savviness – knowledge of and experience inputting and navigating real estate tracking and reporting systems,                  i.e., GAMLS, FirstMLS, etc.
  • ·       Knowledge of Microsoft Office and be familiar with Apple products
