Your Mission:
Take full ownership of our inventory process. That means managing accuracy, forecasting demand, reducing waste, and leading your team like a well-oiled machine. This role requires someone who's run inventory in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you're still learning the ropes, you'll want to keep us on your radar
Your Responsibilities (If You're Good Enough to Take It):


Own the entire inventory lifecycle - no babysitting needed
Keep stock accurate through smart systems, spot checks, and usage analysis
Forecast what's coming so we're never short, and never overstocked
Be the bridge between purchasing and production - timing is everything
Use our ERP (and your brain) to find waste, cut it, and speed things up
Mentor your inventory control team and build a culture of pride and precision
Recommend changes, own the process, and drive measurable improvements
What We're Looking For (Let's Be Honest):
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent experience
3-5+ years of manufacturing inventory management (cabinet industry = huge bonus)
1-2+ years leading people or processes - we need a driver, not a passenger
ERP experience a must (NetSuite, Epicor, SAP, etc.)
Excel wizardry (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, inventory audits, the whole deal).
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or CI methods - or just really good common sense
