The HVAC Lead Installer will also be responsible for the completion of frontline services and repairs to company standards of assigned territory. The HVAC Lead Installer is responsible for providing excellent customer service while supervising the work of the Install Assistant. Must maintain high quality standards and timely job performance. Responsible for achieving acceptable performance metrics, productivity goals, and quality scores for assigned area.
