Pulse Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide critical mental health services through our innovative telehealth platform. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms among clients.
• Develop, customize, and implement effective treatment plans that align with the unique needs, goals, and preferences of each client.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate clients’ progress.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to enhance their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.
• Monitor and document client progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet evolving needs and challenges.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
• Stay informed about the latest research related to mood disorders and therapeutic advancements to continually enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Maintain detailed, confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the privacy of our clients.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations, contributing to a culture of shared knowledge and best practices.
• Advocate for mental health awareness and support clients in navigating societal challenges related to stigma and access to care.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing mood disorders, such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Our patient population varies in age, background, and personal experiences, providing a rich opportunity for therapists to adapt their methods to meet the specific needs of each individual.

• Active and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A compassionate, empathic, and nonjudgmental approach to client interactions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills essential for managing caseloads and administrative duties efficiently.

• Previous experience working with clients facing mood disorders is highly desirable.
