Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections.
We are currently seeking a per diem (PRN) Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team at Ozark Correctional Center located in Fordland, Missouri.
The Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Under the direction of the facility Director of Nursing/nursing designee, administers medications as prescribed, documents administration and documents and reports any noted adverse actions or side effects.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must maintain active status on the Missouri State Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Registry (mo.tmutest.com)
  • Insulin Certification required
  • Completion of an approved Certified Nurse Assistant program and maintenance of active status as a Certified Nurse Assistant (mo.tmutest.com)
  • Must be actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • One (1) year of experience in acute care, emergency, or correctional setting preferred
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
