Job description

Our client is an innovative medical device startup in the pulmonary space with a one-of-a-kind testing device. They are looking for their first Field Sales Representative in the US.

The ideal candidate is an experienced and entrepreneurial Field Sales Representative ready to drive sales growth. You will have a proven sales background in the medical field, preferably with an established contact network with physicians' offices and clinics in the greater NYC area.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute sales and close commercial agreements with clinics and healthcare providers.

Meet and exceed quarterly targets measured by the number of new clinics and healthcare providers signed up in the first 1-2 years.

Drive new business development within the assigned territory.

Leverage existing relationships and establish new connections to accelerate market adoption.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on selling to physicians' offices and clinics.

Knowledge of pulmonary medicine is an advantage, but not a must.

Existing relationships within the industry, particularly with clinics and healthcare providers.

Experience working in an early-stage or growth-stage company, with the ability to shape and refine business models.

Familiarity with NY, NJ, and CT healthcare networks and markets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
