Job Summary

As a Dishwasher, you’ll play a vital role in kitchen operations by keeping dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment clean and sanitized. You will help maintain a clean, organized back-of-house and support our culinary and service teams to deliver great guest experiences.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils using commercial dishwashers and by hand

  • Keep dish station and surrounding areas clean and organized

  • Collect and pre-rinse dishes and kitchen tools from dining room and kitchen stations

  • Empty trash and recyclables as needed

  • Sweep and mop floors in dish and prep areas

  • Assist kitchen team with light prep tasks when necessary

  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines

  • Maintain proper stock of clean supplies (pots, pans, trays, etc.)

  • Assist with kitchen cleaning projects as assigned

Pay: $17 / hour

Qualifications

Required:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks

  • Good communication and teamwork attitude

  • Reliable and punctual

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment

  • Familiarity with commercial dishwashers and sanitation procedures

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs
