Join a closeknit neonatology team in a warm, welcoming community nestled between Tampa and Orlando. Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to join our wellestablished practice at Winter Haven Women's Hospital, part of the nationally recognized BayCare Health System.

• Practice at Winter Haven Women's Hospital, a specialty hospital dedicated to women and newborns
• Busy 11bed Level II NICU
• 236 annual NICU admissions with an average daily census of 6
• Approx. 1,800 deliveries annually
• Work in a 2physician practice supported by skilled NNPs and the larger BayCare neonatology team in Tampa
• Attend all Csections and deliveries <34 weeks
• Flexible schedule with potential for every other week off
• Home call during service weeks for excellent work-life balance, must live in a 20 minute response radius
