Role Summary
Seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex real estate technology initiatives. This leadership position involves managing cross-functional projects supporting lease administration and portfolio management systems such as Tango and Lucernex. The role requires collaboration with multiple departments and external vendors to ensure successful implementation, process optimization, and business value realization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of real estate system projects, including implementations, enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans with clear scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while prioritizing alignment with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
  • Coordinate system integrations with ERP, finance, and document management platforms.
  • Lead vendor relationships, including managing implementation partners and software providers to ensure scope and quality adherence.
  • Facilitate project governance, including intake, change control, and status reporting.
  • Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Drive process improvements through system capabilities and automation, supporting change management and user adoption initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project or program management within enterprise IT or PMO environments.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate lifecycle processes, including site selection, lease management, and critical date tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendor relationships.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Solid financial skills, including budget ownership, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid environment with the flexibility to collaborate both remotely and on-site.

Publishing Pay Range: $60.00 - $65.00 hourly
