Operations Assistant

Role Overview
This exciting role will see you at the heart of our Watchfinder US Logistics Hub, based in the Richemont North America office in Dallas - Fort Worth, Texas. As a key member in the US logistics team, you will be responsible for logistic and stock control functions within our Watchfinder US Operations. Helping with package reception, package handling, stock management of product, and photography of product for online publishing.
Responsibilities
  • Receiving packages and checking for accuracy
  • Unpacking and packing of parcels
  • Picking and filing of product and boxes
  • Photography of product for online publishing
  • Assist with inventory control processes (e.g., daily/weekly/monthly counts and stock movements) to ensure a successful inventory
  • Maintain inventory of presentation boxes within an Excel spreadsheet
  • Assist with stock movements (both systematic and physical) between the logistic and servicing operations
  • Dispatch watches to assist S&L Coordinators as needed

Qualifications
  • Able to follow processes and procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Microsoft Excel a plus
  • Ability to work on feet for 8 hours
