Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Estimator, where your expertise will drive the foundation of successful projects! In this vital role, you will analyze project plans, prepare accurate cost estimates, and collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Your energetic approach and keen eye for detail will help us deliver top-quality construction solutions on time and within budget. Duties

  • Review detailed project drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop comprehensive cost estimates.
  • Utilize estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam to prepare precise pricing and bid proposals.
  • Conduct site visits to gather on-the-ground insights that inform accurate cost assessments and risk evaluations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to negotiate contracts and scope of work.
  • Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budgets and implement cost control measures as needed.
  • Prepare detailed bid packages, including pricing breakdowns, schedules, and material lists.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and review contractual obligations related to project scope and costs.
