In this vital role, you will analyze project plans, prepare accurate cost estimates, and collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Duties

  • Review detailed project drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop comprehensive cost estimates.
  • Utilize estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam to prepare precise pricing and bid proposals.
  • Conduct site visits to gather on-the-ground insights that inform accurate cost assessments and risk evaluations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to negotiate contracts and scope of work.
  • Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budgets and implement cost control measures as needed.
  • Prepare detailed bid packages, including pricing breakdowns, schedules, and material lists.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and review contractual obligations related to project scope and costs.
