This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and has exceptional attention to detail. While this position includes some technical and product-related responsibilities, no prior technical experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and are looking for someone who is eager to learn, follows established processes, and excels at delivering outstanding customer service.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service & Order CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding custom color and fabrication requests.Communicate with customers via phone and email throughout the quoting, ordering, and production process.Provide timely updates and ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.Coordinate with production, warehouse, and internal teams to support customer needs.Quoting & Order ProcessingPrepare and process quotes for custom orders and product modifications.Coordinate order approvals, deposits, production releases, and related documentation.Ensure customer specifications and special requirements are accurately communicated to production teams.Assist with order tracking and status updates.Administrative & Project SupportMaintain accurate records, tracking logs, and order documentation.Create purchase orders and process internal documentation required for custom orders.Monitor active projects to ensure deadlines and production requirements are met.Support continuous improvement of departmental processes and procedures.Product & Technical Support (Training Provided)Learn company products, custom fabrication processes, and order procedures.Assist internal teams with product conversion information and component requirements.Support production documentation, labeling, and custom order release activities.Help coordinate specialty parts, components, and custom project requirements as needed.Qualifications:Required3+ years of experience in order processing, project coordination, administrative support, customer service, or inside sales.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven customer service experience.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Ability to learn new systems, products, and processes quickly.Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable.PreferredFamiliarity with QuickBooks Desktop.Experience working in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or custom-order environment.What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?Loves staying organized and keeping projects on track.Enjoys helping customers and solving problems.Learns quickly by following established procedures and hands-on training.Thrives in a detail-oriented environment where accuracy matters.Communicates effectively with both customers and internal teams.Takes initiative while maintaining consistency and quality.Why Join Us?Competitive starting salary of $55,000.Strong potential for rapid career growth and expanded responsibilities.Comprehensive product and technical training provided.Opportunity to play a key role in a growing custom fabrication operation.Collaborative team environment with direct impact on customer satisfaction and project success.
