Volt is immediately hiring a Marketing Manager in Rio Rancho NM.
As a Marketing Manager you will:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to strengthen brand awareness and support revenue growth
  • Create and manage annual marketing plans, budgets, calendars, and performance metrics
  • Lead advertising, promotional campaigns, digital marketing, public relations, and corporate communications initiatives
  • Develop and manage social media content, scheduling, analytics, and engagement strategies
  • Oversee website content, functionality, SEO, and user experience improvements
  • Maintain consistent branding standards across all customer touchpoints and marketing channels
  • Develop marketing campaigns supporting products, repairs, PMA approvals, exchange programs, and key business initiatives
  • Coordinate trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, customer events, and promotional activities
  • Produce brochures, presentations, newsletters, videos, promotional materials, and sales collateral
  • Coordinate with Engineering to maintain technical literature, customer specifications, approvals, and controlled document distribution
  • Manage customer communications, product announcements, and marketing campaigns
  • Support customer loyalty and recognition programs, including Elite Priority Rewards promotional activities
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend improvements to the customer experience
  • Coordinate branding efforts with distributors, representatives, strategic partners, and third-party portals
  • Manage relationships with branding agencies, media partners, and external vendors
  • Support Sales leadership with marketing campaigns and sales enablement materials
  • Develop product training materials and marketing messaging
  • Track marketing performance through dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Customer Support, Engineering, Operations, and Executive Management teams

This is a full-time position. Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
Marketing Manager candidates must meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Experience in B2B marketing within the aerospace industry required
  • Strong experience with marketing strategy, brand management, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and SEO programs
  • Knowledge of public relations, promotional campaigns, event planning, and trade show coordination
  • Strong written, presentation, organizational, and communication skills in a technical environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing or creative software applications
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance, customer engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness
  • Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and marketing performance reports
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must successfully complete an FAA drug screen

Pay for this position is $26.44-$31.25/hr
