Communications Strategy Group (CSGยฎ), an intent marketing agency based in Denver, Colorado, is seeking candidates for its 2026 public relations internship program. PR interns at CSG are passionate, curious collaborators who want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, energetic environment. They support the media relations and influencer engagement activities of clients across industry practices, including education, financial services, health & wellness, consumer, aerospace and renewable energy.ย 

What weโ€™re looking for:ย 
Public relations interns at CSG enjoy an exciting and rewarding opportunity to assist with day-to-day media relations activities in coordination with CSGโ€™s account team, known internally as the Strategy Group. Internship activities can include strategic research, media list curation, public relations outreach and interview coordination, creative problem solving and brainstorming, keeping projects organized with our creative Studio teams, and much, much more.ย 

Our ideal candidate is a habitual collaborator and seamless communicator. You should come to work each day excited to pitch in on quick projects and big ideas alike. We serve numerous clients in multiple industries (health and wellness, education, financial services, consumer packaged goods, aerospace and aviation, etc.), which means you should embrace an evolving workload and welcome the challenge of getting to know multiple brands at the same time.ย 

Requirements:ย 

  • Current/incoming college seniors and recent college graduates welcome and encouraged to applyย 
  • Experience writing pitch angles for the media, creating media lists and pitching the mediaย 
  • Experience with influencer engagement and management, preferredย 
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlinesย 
  • Critical thinking skillsย 
  • Strong organizational skillsย 
  • Ability to work confidently and independently in a fast-paced environmentย 
  • A strong aptitude for writing and exceptional communication skillsย 
  • A willingness to learn about public relations and work across various industriesย 

Details:ย 

  • Our program typically runs for 12 weeks. Program length and start/end dates are flexible based on candidateโ€™s schedule and preferenceย 
  • We review interested candidates on a rolling basis and conduct interviews on an as-needed basisย 
  • Currently we are looking for interns to join our team starting in late summer/early fall 2026ย 
  • This is a paid internship; details will be discussed during the interview process ย 
  • Interns are able to work up to 29 hours per weekย
