BryceTech is seeking an experienced Senior Public Health Analyst to support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) with public health program analysis, technical assistance, program implementation, evaluation, and project support. The Senior Public Health Analyst will work as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting CDC programs and initiatives across public health analysis, program evaluation, organizational performance, strategic planning, emerging priorities, and program improvement. The successful candidate will apply public health knowledge, analytical skills, and program management expertise to assess program needs, conduct research and analysis, develop recommendations, support implementation activities, and communicate findings to CDC stakeholders. This position will work closely with CDC program managers, subject matter experts, leadership, and other contractor personnel. Responsibilities * Provide senior-level public health analysis and technical assistance in support of CDC programs and initiatives
* Support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of public health programs and projects
* Conduct research, literature reviews, environmental scans, and analysis of public health policies, programs, practices, and emerging issues
* Assess program needs, capabilities, performance, outcomes, and opportunities for improvement
* Develop evidence-based recommendations to improve program effectiveness, efficiency, and public health outcomes
* Support development and implementation of program work plans, project plans, milestones, and performance measures
* Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative information to support program decision-making
* Assist with development of evaluation approaches, performance measures, logic models, data collection instruments, and program assessment tools
* Provide technical assistance and capacity-building support to CDC programs and stakeholders
* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to identify programmatic challenges, risks, dependencies, and opportunities
* Support project management activities including schedules, action items, deliverables, status tracking, and stakeholder coordination
* Develop reports, white papers, briefing materials, presentations, dashboards, and other technical products for CDC leadership and program staff
* Translate complex public health findings and technical information into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
* Participate in and facilitate meetings, working groups, stakeholder engagements, webinars, and technical assistance sessions

* Demonstrated experience conducting public health research, analysis, assessment, or program support
* Experience developing technical reports, presentations, briefing materials, and other professional communications
* Ability to analyze complex information and develop clear, evidence-based recommendations
* Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

* Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods

* Experience supporting public health emergency preparedness, response, or emerging public health priorities
* Familiarity with Federal public health policies, programs, and operating environments
