Key Responsibilities

We're looking for someone to lead strategy and execution of partnerships and PR - concepting and launching brand moments, managing agency relationships, and ensuring Pressed shows up consistently and authentically across all touchpoints. This role will be building relationships across agencies, media, talent, and other brands while bringing new opportunities back to our business.

Youโ€™ll partner closely with other teams to translate business priorities into creative, high-impact programs that drive measurable growth.

About the Role

Collaborations & Cultural Moments

  • Concept and execute standout collaborations and brand moments.
  • Drive partnerships that create buzz and extend the brand into new audiences.
  • Lead co-branded initiatives across product, marketing, and retail.

PR & Brand Visibility

  • Own PR strategy and agency management.
  • Drive earned media, placements, and storytelling opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality brand representation across all external touchpoints.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Identify and secure celebrity and influencer partnerships.
  • Build relationships with talent agencies and managers.
  • Create authentic partnerships that align with the brand.

Relationship Building & External Presence

  • Act as a key representative of Pressed Juicery externally.
  • Build and maintain a strong network across: agencies, brands, media, talent agencies.
  • Proactively bring opportunities to the business.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with: Brand Marketing (campaigns, storytelling), Growth / Digital (site, CRM, performance), Wholesale Marketing (retail and channel-specific needs).
  • Translate business and marketing needs into strong creative output.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in partnerships, PR, brand marketing, or related roles.
  • Experience in CPG, lifestyle, wellness, or consumer brands preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful brand partnerships.
  • Deep relationships across PR agencies, brand, media contacts, and influencers.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong instinct for cultural and commercial relevance.
  • Must be able to work on-site in our Culver City office (3+days/week).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

The expected salary range for this position is $180,000 โ€“ $200,000 per year. This range reflects the base salary for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
