Job description

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies the Certain Competitive Service / Modified Direct Hire Authority. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Interested applicants must follow the directions in the "How to Apply" section of this flyer to be considered. There may or may not be actual vacancies filled from this flyer. Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer.Qualifications:Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1. Communication and Program Coordination: Experience communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, with international customers, stakeholders, or cross-functional teams to establish program requirements, coordinate actions, and support the execution of international programs. Experience preparing correspondence, coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and supporting program execution in a collaborative environment. 2. Program Execution: Experience supporting or executing international programs, including familiarity with disclosure requirements, case development, case implementation, and program execution. Experience monitoring program activities, identifying issues, maintaining program documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of assigned programs or projects. 3. Acquisition and Program Management: Experience supporting acquisition programs through activities such as program management, procurement, contracts, engineering, logistics, sustainment, scheduling, or program milestone tracking. Experience reviewing program plans and proposals, developing or coordinating Statements of Work, maintaining program management information, monitoring project performance, identifying risks or problem areas, and supporting contractual procurement and program execution.
