The Role: Senior Program Manager / Copilot Implementation Lead (Contract)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager with approximately 15+ years of experience to lead a high-profile Microsoft Copilot implementation within a public sector environment.
The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running from week one, bringing strong stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of delivering complex technology initiatives. Experience working with public sector organizations and navigating diverse stakeholder groups is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive a Microsoft Copilot implementation program.
  • Manage executive and business stakeholder engagement across multiple teams.
  • Coordinate project planning, execution, and change management activities.
  • Ensure successful adoption and delivery of AI-powered productivity solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance and hands-on program leadership throughout the engagement.

Requirements:
  • 15+ years of program/project management experience.
  • Previous public sector experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot and/or enterprise AI implementation initiatives preferred.
  • Ability to quickly assess the environment and deliver value immediately.

Engagement Details:
  • Contract duration: 3-6 months, with potential to convert to a full-time employee position.
  • Hybrid schedule: Onsite Tuesday-Thursday.
  • Flexibility on FIFA match days; onsite attendance not required.
