You’ll utilize advanced electronic medical records systems to streamline documentation and communication with healthcare team members.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, analyzing factors such as patient history, criminal backgrounds, substance use, and current psychological well-being.
• Perform crisis interventions and provide emergency consultations during working hours to ensure patient safety and continuity of care.
• Communicate regularly with other healthcare professionals to discuss patient progress, coordinate treatment efforts, and make informed decisions about care plans.
• Document all patient interactions, clinical evaluations, and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Offer psychotherapy and therapeutic counseling in various formats, mindful of the sensitive environments and personal situations our clients may face.

Your role will focus primarily on mothers and families within the community who may experience unique challenges related to mental health, socioeconomic factors, and structural barriers to care. You will work with individuals facing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, ensuring that comprehensive and holistic approaches are utilized in treatment.

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Must possess an independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of Oregon, with eligibility to practice in the USA.
• Strong aptitude for using electronic medical record systems and various technology platforms designed for telehealth services.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills conducive to effective collaboration and engagement with patients and care teams.
• Ability to manage a significant caseload and demonstrate effective time management skills.

• Prior experience conducting mental health assessments, community outreach, or working effectively with substance abuse cases is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the unique challenges faced by veterans or those impacted by systemic healthcare issues will be advantageous.
• Experience in crisis intervention and evidence-based therapeutic modalities will enhance your ability to serve our patient population.
