Job Purpose and Objectives:
Performs general public health nursing services or provides skilled nursing services in a home environment.
Position Requirements and Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed on the complete job description are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Position Requirements:
  1. 2-year Associate Degree Nursing Graduate.
  2. B.S.N. preferred.
  3. Requires a minimum of one (1) year experience in public health, medical/surgical, mother/baby or pediatric nursing.
Certifications / Licenses:
  1. Must have a current license to practice nursing in the State of Kansas.
  2. Must possess a valid Kansas driver’s license.
  3. Employee is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all certification requirements, including license renewal.
