The hourly rate for this role is $25/hourly up to 25 hours a week


Job Summary
Rescue Ready Service Agents are the front line of Rescue Ready Services. Our Service visit customer locations to verify the Rescue Readiness of their AED equipment. Rescue Ready Service Agents ensure that AEDs are always ready for the rescue by replacing batteries and pads prior to expiration and by visually inspecting equipment on an annual basis. Our service are also available for AED installation services and to assist with AED swap outs.
Essential Functions

  • Physical Annual Inspection of every assigned AED in the defined territory
  • Occasional assistance with placement and installation of AEDs at customer locations
  • Replacement of Pads & Batteries as needed
  • Post Event support and data retrieval from AEDs
  • Reporting issues through the Rescue Ready Services Ticketing System
  • Assist as needed with special projects in the field


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Fire/Police/Military/EMS background strongly preferred and
  • Veteran Status is a required
  • Certified in CPR/AED/FA is also Preferred


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Rescue Ready Service Agent must be able to operate computer equipment and a smart phone with the Check AED mobile application. Due to the nature and environments our service professionals visit, all Rescue Ready Service Agents must pass a full background check and drug screening prior to hire. A state issued driver's license is required. A smart phone or tablet is required to use the mobile application and will not be provided.

The hourly pay rate for this position is:

$20.00 to $44.80
