One luxury Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with a variety in levels of rehab care: SNF, AL, IL.

While John Knox Village offers a full continuum of care, this position is dedicated specifically to outpatient services, allowing you to focus your expertise on active older adults without inpatient or SNF responsibilities.
