Physical Therapist PRN Position

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a PRN role with an outpatient clinic in Flagstaff, AZ. You will cover PTO and sick time, support continuity of care for an older-skewing patient population, and collaborate with a PT, PTA, and PT Tech team.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Valid and active Arizona PT state licensure required to start the position.
  • Clinical Doctorate (DPT) preferred.
  • Experience in outpatient setting preferred.
  • Ability to manage scheduled 30-minute templates and adapt to double-booking when required to meet productivity expectations.
  • Comfort working in an operational model with PT and PTA independent schedules supported by a PT Tech.
  • Minimum expectation to manage approximately 60 patient visits per reporting period when covering; typical clinic averages ~63–65 visits for a 40-hour FTE.
  • Coachable and collaborative team approach aligned with clinic's established model.
  • Ability to use the shared EMR and communicate (direct message) with clinic physicians.

Position Details:

  • PRN scheduling with variable hours to cover PTO and sick time.
  • Potential for additional compensation through extra shift bonuses and production-based incentives.
