Job description

*This position is contingent upon contract award* Amentum is seeking experienced Psychological Operations (PSYOP) Plans/Ops Integrator (Senior) to support U.S. Government clients. The role involves advising, coordinating, integrating, and assisting in all aspects of Psychological Operations planning, programming, execution, analysis, and assessment in support of Combatant Command Operations within the Information Environment. As a PSYOP Plans/Ops Integrator (Senior) you will have the opportunity to: * Plan, develop, integrate, and assess PSYOP into campaign plans, OPLANS, and in crisis to ensure that PSYOP capabilities are considered in the deliberate and crisis action planning processes. * Support combatant commands in the development, staffing, execution and assessment of PSYOP programs, plans, supporting plans, efforts and series. * Support combatant commands in the development materials required for planning, programing, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) for PSYOP. * Support combatant commands in the coordination of PSYOP activities within subordinate service components, JTFs, other combatant commands, and Joint Staff. * Support the development of innovative concepts to counter adversarial use of misinformation, dis-information, and propaganda. * Conduct target audience analysis and open-source research to establish baselines for future campaign and operational assessments. * Develop assessment plans for and conduct assessment of PSYOP and OIE. Identify and track measures of performance through attainment of measures of effectiveness to inform campaign assessment and return on investment calculations Required Qualifications: * Must have an active Top-Secret security clearance and be SCI eligible. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance. * Minimum of 8 years' experience in the PSYOP (37A/37F) career field, or Marine 1707 and a graduate of a PSYOP qualification course, or Air Force 14F and a graduate of a PSYOP qualification course. * Minimum of 2 years of PSYOP experience at a combatant command, theater service component, or Joint Task Force with BS/BA. * Expertise in military decision-making process, and developing, staffing, executing and assessing operational level PSYOP plans, programs, and series. * Experience with integrating, coordinating, and synchronizing PSYOP with other relevant information forces. * Adept at developing and utilizing information products that leverage current and emerging technologies to inform planning, improve coordination, and enable timely decisions. Preferred Qualifications: * PSYOP Experience in the combatant command's theater of responsibility. * Additional relevant information operations training such as: Joint information operations planner course, Defense OPSEC planner course, MILDEC planners' course, Irregular warfare course, Joint targeting school. * Prior assignment/position involving planning, integrating, and coordinating PSYOP with the interagency and intelligence community. * Prior assignment responsible for service or joint PSYOP capabilities development. * JPME I graduate. Compensation Details:
