This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while continuing to serve clients effectively. Our clinic uses a state-of-the-art electronic medical records (EMR) system to streamline administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on the therapeutic aspects of your role. • Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients, including both individuals and couples, addressing a range of emotional and psychological challenges.
• Maintain a full caseload while ensuring timely completion of session notes and documentation according to clinic standards.
• Manage your client calendar, scheduling ongoing appointments, and adhering to follow-up protocols.
• Utilize a billing service that efficiently handles claims processing and tracks client and insurance accounts receivable, allowing you to focus more on client care.
• Demonstrate the ability to work with clients presenting with diverse clinical conditions, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to practice independently.
• Demonstrated professionalism, including strong therapeutic boundaries and cultural competency.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to self-motivate and work autonomously.
• Availability to provide therapy for a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings each week for client appointments.

• Experience providing couples therapy and a strong understanding of the unique dynamics involved in relationship counseling.
• Previous work experience in a community health clinic or similar setting is highly valued.
• Continuous engagement in professional development activities to keep skills and knowledge up to date.
