Location: Montana
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide virtual mental health care to individuals who need practical, consistent support. In this role, you will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, provide therapy, and help clients work through emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. This position is ideal for a clinician who values structured care, clear communication, and the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships in a telehealth setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Respond appropriately to crisis situations and follow clinical protocols

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active Montana LCSW license in good standing
  • At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse populations
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
