We are actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join Conscious Core Counseling Center, a progressive psychotherapy group practice located in San Jose, California. • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for clients utilizing the latest DSM manual, ensuring thorough understanding of their mental health needs.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, and counseling for individuals, families, and groups.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to establish and implement effective treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions, preparing necessary reports and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to support client treatment.
• Regularly engage in clinical supervision with licensed psychologists, nurse practitioners, or physicians to refine clinical practices and ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Participate in interdisciplinary consultations to enhance client assessments and collaborative treatment planning.
• Support clients with dual disorders by providing specialized interventions based on individual assessments and treatment plans.
• Share resources, provide psychoeducation, and maintain follow-up evaluations to monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as needed.

• Must possess a valid LMFT license or Psy.D to practice in California.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in marriage and family therapy, psychology, or social work from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing psychotherapy services, showcasing a solid foundation in clinical practice.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and effective documentation practices.

• Previous experience working in diverse settings, such as outpatient clinics, hospitals, or community health organizations.
• Proven track record of using evidence-based treatment modalities and staying informed about advancements in the field of psychotherapy.
• Experience in providing supervision or mentorship to less experienced clinicians could be beneficial to our collaborative practice environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
