• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to support our clients in their therapeutic journeys.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Adhere to quality assurance policies and regulatory requirements to maintain professional standards throughout the therapeutic process.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately to ensure continuity of care and compliance with organizational policies.
• Stay current with advances in the field of mental health to continuously improve your therapeutic approaches and provide outstanding care.

The Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor will be working with a diverse population of clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. This role requires a deep understanding of cultural dynamics and the ability to provide personalized interventions that resonate with clients from various backgrounds.

• A valid California LPCC license along with a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a counseling or mental health setting is required.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills, allowing for effective counseling and patient engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop effective treatment strategies.
• Proficient organizational skills for maintaining accurate and accessible patient records.

• Experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with telehealth services.

• Additional certifications in specialized therapy modalities would be advantageous.
