Work Environment

This role operates in a primarily remote telehealth setting, allowing our counselors to connect with clients through secure online platforms. The flexibility offered in this work environment not only adapts to the needs of our clients but also supports a balanced work-life dynamic for our employees. Regular week-day availability is required, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. Flexibility in scheduling may also be needed based on client appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other established modalities to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications
