School Psychologist | Redmond, WA | Full-Time | 2026-2027 School Year
Ampersand Therapy is hiring School Psychologists for full-time school-based opportunities in the Redmond, Washington area for the 2026-2027 school year. As a women- and therapist-founded company, we are committed to supporting school-based professionals with the resources and guidance they need to make a lasting impact on students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral success.

Position Highlights

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to determine students' eligibility for special education services
  • Interpret assessment results and prepare clear, timely evaluation reports
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers to support student success
  • Provide consultation regarding academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and mental health concerns

Qualifications
