The Center at Lincoln is looking for a Full Time Receptionist to join our team. One weekend day per week is a requirement.

The receptionist is responsible for screening the traffic coming into the building during assigned hours in accordance with established policies and operational procedures.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Admits visitors and/or guests into the community as outlined in established policies and operational procedures
  • Answers telephone and processes telephone calls properly
  • Orders office supplies
  • Maintains effective resident relations, while acting as a liaison between the Administrative staff and the resident population
  • Handles work orders, resident complaint forms and submits these to the appropriate Administrative staff member
  • Observes and protects residents' rights, including rights to confidentiality, privacy and dignity
  • Practices safety procedures and complies with established reporting of accidents and injuries
  • Assists with Collections of unpaid Patient Billing Issues
  • Will assist Case Management team as well as Reception duties
  • Create Admission Folders for New and Incoming Patents
