We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Bilingual School-Centered Therapist In Training to provide mental health services to children, adolescents, and families under the supervision of a licensed therapist or psychologist. This is an excellent opportunity for emerging clinicians to gain meaningful experience while working toward licensure. This employee will be required to be fluent in Spanish and English.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy in school, home, office, and community settings.
  • Deliver psychoeducation and skill-building services to support emotional wellness and recovery.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary care teams.
  • Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation.

What We're Looking For
