This role is designed for a remote work setting, providing you with the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home while still actively engaging with a supportive team. Our outpatient office allows for a structured yet adaptable approach to therapy, catering to the specific needs of each client you support. Interactions with both colleagues and clients will primarily take place virtually, providing you with the tools and resources needed to deliver high-quality care.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' needs and create tailored treatment plans that promote their mental health journey.
• Facilitate engaging one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy discussions focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and providers to ensure comprehensive support, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Participate in continuous education and training opportunities to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and industry best practices.
• Contribute to team meetings by sharing innovative ideas to improve service delivery and program effectiveness.

You will be working with a diverse population of clients facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, with their issues encompassing anxiety disorders, mood disorders, relationship difficulties, trauma recovery, and more. Your role will involve employing evidence-based practices to tailor interventions effectively and improve patient outcomes.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state license, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, is essential to practice.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience providing mental health counseling to individuals coping with emotional difficulties.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly establish rapport with clients.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred, enhancing the efficiency of client documentation and care coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• We offer a competitive salary range of USD 78,000 to USD 115,000 annually, depending on your caseload and experience.
