• Administer thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to guide individual, couple, and family sessions.
• Facilitate supportive psychoeducational groups, enabling clients to share experiences and cultivate a sense of community.
• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services for individuals experiencing immediate mental health challenges, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, outlining treatment options, and directing them toward community resources that can aid their recovery.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in case discussions, multidisciplinary team meetings, and ongoing professional education efforts.
• Stay informed about the latest research, therapeutic trends, and practices in mental health to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Demonstrated expertise in conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations and formulating effective treatment strategies.
• Experience in providing direct therapeutic services to varied populations is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, paired with a strong judgment to adhere to professional ethics.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and necessary computer applications.

• Previous experience in an outpatient or community mental health setting.
