West Bridge Psychological Center is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC) to join our team in Florence, Arizona. This position offers a remote work setting within our outpatient office framework, providing maximum flexibility. Our clinicians utilize our telehealth platform to ensure continuity of care and client engagement without geographical constraints. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, teamwork, and professional development, working primarily during regular business hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

• Provide thorough intake assessments to evaluate new clients and establish their treatment needs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on individual client goals and feedback.
• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to clients’ unique situations.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring adherence to all professional standards.
• Engage in case management through collaboration with other professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care for complex cases.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through clinical consultations, workshops, and training sessions, enhancing your skills and knowledge.

• Must hold an active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arizona. This position requires a fully licensed clinician; associate-level licenses will not be considered.
• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
• A strong commitment to ethical practices, client-centered care, and ongoing professional development.
• Diligent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
• Proficiency with technology, especially EMR systems, is required (training will be provided).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient, community, or private practice setting is preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations and various therapeutic modalities would be an asset.

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
