This position is remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your own home or chosen workspace. You will enjoy a flexible schedule, working Monday through Friday between 9 AM to 5 PM. We utilize HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms, ensuring a secure and professional environment for both you and your clients. You will also receive full administrative, technical, and billing support, allowing you to focus solely on delivering exceptional service.

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms.
• Complete thorough clinical assessments and treatment plans, ensuring timely documentation of progress notes.
• Manage a caseload that aligns with your expertise and schedule preferences, while utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Participate in optional virtual clinical team meetings to enhance collaboration and share insights.
• Stay informed about best practices and legal/ethical standards in teletherapy to ensure compliant service delivery.

As an LMFT with West Bridge Psychological Center, you will primarily work with clients seeking support for relationship challenges, mental health issues, and family dynamics. Our diverse client base includes individuals and families from various backgrounds, providing you with an enriching experience that contributes to your professional growth.

• Must hold a valid and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Arizona, with no associate-level or intern statuses accepted.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Ability to conduct therapy sessions confidently and effectively over video conferencing platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills are essential for maintaining thorough records and facilitating client care.
• A reliable internet connection and a designated, secure workspace to ensure confidentiality in all client interactions.
• A genuine passion for systemic therapy and enhancing relational dynamics.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably focused on marriage and family therapy.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and best practices.
• Previous experience in a community health or outpatient clinic setting is advantageous.

The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload management. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
