As a Staffing Specialist, you'll play a vital role in connecting top talent with meaningful job opportunities while helping our clients grow their workforce. This role is focused on supporting our manufacturing, warehouse, and light industrial clients, requiring a hands-on, fast-paced approach to staffing and operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a high volume of daily activity including outbound calls, candidate outreach, resume review, and consistent follow-up with both talent and clients.
  • Recruit and place top talent for manufacturing, warehouse, and light industrial roles through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach. Manage the full hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
