Principal Consultant, PSO, OMNI Functional (OLM) - (Atlanta, GA)

Principal Consultant, PSO, OMNI Functional (OLM) positions offered by Manhattan Associates, Inc. (Atlanta, GA). Work closely with cross function teams including sales, R&D, product development and related. Assist in design of enhancements and improvements to Manhattan Associates systems based on client requirements and map system integrations. Ensure the development of professional client relationships, client satisfaction, and referencability. Train clients on system configurations and capabilities. Manage means by which to quantify metrics for success at go-live and thereafter. Identify critical business, technical, and/or operational issues and drive issues to closure. Manage the technical aspects of enterprise level software implementations with the assistance of project technical resources. Contribute to the continuous development of Manhattan Associates' software implementation methodology. Ensure the project team proactively identifies and troubleshoots critical issues, maintains and prioritizes project issue lists, suggests solutions, and escalates when appropriate. Train junior consultants on Manhattan Associates system integrations and installation.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a four-year bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or a related technical field and 4 years of post-bachelor's experience in a software related technical field. Also requires 4 years of experience: deploying software; and troubleshooting SQL databases. In lieu of a bachelor's degree in the aforementioned fields and 4 years of experience as stated, employer will accept a master's or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 2 years of experience as stated or 3 years of academic study towards a bachelor's degree or a 3 year baccalaureate in in the aforementioned fields and 5 years of experience as stated. Requires 2 years of experience working in a client or customer facing role within a supply chain, retail store system, customer service solutions, or point of commerce solutions or software organization. Up to 50% travel required. Position reports to Atlanta, GA office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of stated office. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
