A leading digital streaming network seeks a Billing Analyst to support billing operations by processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reconciliations, and resolving billing issues.
  • Process billing transactions by generating invoices, adjustments, intercompany and intracompany billings, interfacing data into ERP systems, uploading invoices to customer portals, and ensuring compliance with operating approval requirements.
  • Prepare monthly billing reconciliations, financial metrics, audit documentation, and reports while supporting month-end close activities and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with requestors, client services, sales teams, finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to obtain required information, resolve billing discrepancies, investigate customer inquiries, and ensure timely invoice delivery.
  • Support billing system enhancements, process improvements, ad hoc financial projects, and daily billing operations while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Analyze billing data, prioritize multiple assignments, meet aggressive deadlines, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Billing Analyst Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience, OR
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, financial operations, or related accounting functions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Invoicing or billing experience is preferred.
  • Experience with accounting and accounts receivable systems: Oracle ERP experience is preferred.
  • General knowledge of accounting principles and financial reconciliation processes.
  • Experience in the media industry is preferred.

Shift:
  • 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Some OT may be required.
