THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD DESCRIPTION OF POSITION / DUTIES: All Points is seeking a Financial Analyst III to support a prospective DARPA customer in Arlington, VA. This role serves as the primary financial management resource supporting front office leadership and Program Managers, with responsibility for financial planning, execution tracking, and reporting across multiple programs. This position is contingent upon contract award. This is a Federal Contract, and U.S. Citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance are required. Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be considered. The selected candidate will support complex financial operations in a fast-paced federal research and development environment, ensuring accurate tracking of budgets, commitments, obligations, and expenditures while supporting leadership decision-making and program execution. Due to accelerated proposal timelines, candidates are strongly encouraged to apply immediately for consideration. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Develop and deliver monthly financial execution reports for Program Managers and consolidated reports for leadership Track and report on forecasts, commitments, obligations, and expenditures across program portfolios Develop and manage program and office budgets based on approved technical and financial inputs Generate and route Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs) and Purchase Requests (PRs) in compliance with DoD financial regulations and policies Manage and track travel budgets and maintain monthly travel planning for government personnel Lead preparation and submission of Research & Development Descriptive Summaries (RDocs), including financial data tracking and coordination with Program Managers Generate custom financial reports to support leadership requests and decision-making Maintain awareness of program portfolios, budget data, and ongoing initiatives to support internal and external inquiries Support financial aspects of acquisition activities and program lifecycle tracking Coordinate with Program Managers, contracting staff, and stakeholders to ensure financial alignment and execution EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required EXPERIENCE: Minimum six (6) years of relevant experience in federal government financial management or financial analysis SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS: Experience managing and tracking multi-program budgets in a federal environment Experience preparing financial reports, forecasts, and execution tracking data Experience generating and routing MIPRs and Purchase Requests (PRs) Experience preparing or supporting RDocs or similar R&D financial documentation Strong analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into clear reports and briefings Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Desired Qualifications: Experience supporting DARPA, DISA, or similar defense R&D organizations Familiarity with DoD financial systems such as DAI or similar tools Experience supporting R&D program financial management environments SALARY INFORMATION: Base salary range is approximately $120,000 - $130,000 annually depending on experience, qualifications, and contract finalization. Final compensation is subject to contract award, funding, and alignment to contract requirements.
