  • Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve issues while maintaining a calm, professional, and customer-focused approach.
  • Coordinate schedules, travel logistics, documentation, and onboarding activities while managing multiple priorities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments, healthcare professionals, housing partners, and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using CRM and other company systems.
  • Represent PRS Global with professionalism, compassion, and integrity while traveling throughout assigned regions.
Why Join PRS Global?
  • Company-paid travel throughout the United States.
  • Opportunity to earn and retain eligible airline miles, hotel loyalty points, and travel rewards.
  • Competitive compensation.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and other technology tools.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of frequent travel, including lifting luggage, standing, walking, driving, and assisting with relocation activities.
Preferred Experience
