The specific responsibilities depend on the industry and context in which the proxy is used.

What are the typical responsibilities and challenges of a proxy in corporate or legal settings?

Professionals serving as Proxies are often responsible for representing clients or stakeholders in meetings, voting on their behalf, and ensuring compliance with legal or corporate governance requirements.
