Job description


The Sr. Provisioning Analyst provides acquisition and sustainment logistics support throughout the system lifecycle by developing, reviewing, and maintaining technical documentation, provisioning data, and logistics records in accordance with applicable commercial and Department of Defense (DoD) standards.
This position will be a hybrid position with some travel days to our Hanover, Maryland site.
Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure provisioning decisions support both initial delivery and ongoing life cycle demands, directly influencing multiple supportability efforts
  • Gather, prepare and analyze technical data for the development of support products including logistics engineering, logistics support analysis, technical publications, support equipment, spares, provisioning, field services, maintenance, etc., supporting product life cycle
  • Assists in establishing stocking requirements
  • Conduct parts and material data entry into multiple custom Logistics Management Information (LMI) databases and maintain databases.
  • Participate in provisioning events including provisioning conferences, provisioning guidance conferences and technical manuals verifications
  • Analyze engineering source data to identify and recommend spare and repair part requirements
  • Determine the range and quantity of support items required to operate and maintain end item deliverables.

Qualifications
REQUIRED
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics, procurement, and/or supply support related jobs or activities.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance.
  • Demonstrated intermediate level knowledge and skills with various LMI databases including but not limited to RTX Eagle and Deltek Costpoint
  • You will be proficient in interpreting and utilizing 3D and 2D engineering and technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
  • Demonstrated intermediate knowledge and effective use of supply support processes.
  • Demonstrated intermediate knowledge of specific equipment and parts identification.
