Description

The Alma Provisions Store is a Cafe-style take away & retail venue in Southwest Minneapolis which includes food, goods and apothecary, owned by James Beard award-winning chef Alex Roberts.


The primary responsibilities of the manager is to show stellar hospitality by providing exceptional food and drink knowledge and consistency, cooking, baking, supporting and guiding staff throughout the course of service. Ensuring prep and ordering for the kitchen is accurate and opening and closing the restaurant. We are seeking a manager candidate who recognizes the value of welcoming, inclusive hospitality, working collaboratively with others, and enjoys a fun, fast paced environment.


The Assistant Manager position is 5 shifts per week, averaging 30-35 hours a week. Open availability, early morning and rotating weekends required. Previous restaurant experience and supervisory skills are essential.  $19 an hour with a typical schedule of 7am-3pm during the summer and 7:30-2:30 pm during winter months.
