We are seeking a detail-oriented Provisioning Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and deploying hardware, accounts, and cloud resources for new and existing clients. This role ensures a smooth customer onboarding experience and consistent execution of technical standards across all deployments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provisioning & Onboarding
    • Set up user accounts, licenses, MFA, and security policies.
    • Configure and deploy devices, applications, and cloud services.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all costs are logged.
  • Customer Coordination
    • Serve as the main point of contact during onboarding/provisioning.
    • Provide status updates, timelines, and guidance on best practices.
    • Collaborate with CSRs and scheduling teams to coordinate deployments.
  • Device Lifecycle Management
    • Perform device wipes, rebuilds, replacements, and secure destruction.
    • Install OS images, MSP tools, and client‑specific apps.
    • Manage data transfers, asset updates, and QA checks.
  • Offboarding
    • Disable accounts, revoke licenses, and remove MFA access.
    • Securely wipe, reassign, or retire devices per client policy.
    • Document changes and maintain compliance.
  • License & MFA Management
    • Assign/reassign licenses and monitor usage.
    • Assist users with MFA setup and troubleshooting.
    • Flag risks such as low license counts or expiring payment methods.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, MSP operations, or provisioning.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration (users, groups, licensing, policies).
  • Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, Autopilot, RMM platforms).
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs).
  • Ability to follow structured processes with strong attention to detail.
