Job description

Overview

Consider a new, rewarding career today as a Part-Time (On-Call) Office Services Associate with IST Management Services! Ideal candidates will be ready to grow their career in facilities and office services, and to take advantage of internal opportunities at IST Management for training and development toward advancement into full time and management roles.

Perfect opportunity for College Students who have full days of openings in their schedules!

The Opportunity:

This is an assignment based, part-time on call role with IST Management Services, performing office services work at a law firm in downtown Worcester.  The workload would be 8-30 hours per week with the minimum assignment length being at least 6 hours.  Business professional dress code. 

Hourly Compensation: $18.00- $20.00 USD

Responsibilities

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing office services and administrative support to site location in Worcester, MA
  • Mailroom services- scanning/sorting/delivery of mail and packages throughout campus to appropriate client personnel 
  • Front desk reception coverage including answering phones and directing calls
  • Training as necessary
  • Adhere to all safety procedures
  • Tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required 
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask/willingness to cross-train for other job functions
  • Computer and Internet savvy
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment/ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  • A valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
