Community Relations ManagerAlways Best Care Montgomery County, MD | Full-Time | Field-Based Role


Pay:

$60-80k per year base salary + commission

Job Overview

Always Best Care of Montgomery County  is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Community Relations Manager to join our growing team. This is a high-energy, field-based business development role ideal for someone who thrives on building referral partnerships, networking in the community, and connecting families with senior care solutions.

This role is approximately 90% field-based and 10% office-based, requiring strong independence, organization, and the ability to manage and grow referral relationships throughout the territory.


What You’ll Do
  • Conduct face-to-face marketing visits with healthcare professionals and referral partners

  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, assisted living, and senior care providers

  • Deliver community-based presentations and professional in-services

  • Generate and manage a strong referral pipeline using CRM systems

  • Respond quickly to inquiries and referral sources (often within 1 hour)

  • Conduct client and family consultations to assess care needs, preferences, and budgets

  • Research and coordinate appropriate In-home care and senior living options 

  • Attend networking events, health fairs, chamber meetings, and community outreach activities

  • Report daily activity and provide weekly updates to leadership


Territory 
  • Primary focus on Montgomery County, Maryland, including adjacent territories.


Schedule
  • Full-time position

  • Flexible, self-managed schedule

  • Approximately 90% field / 10% office

  • Evening and weekend outreach may be required

  • On-call responsiveness expected for referral sources
